Terms & Conditions

Booking your Holiday.

  • All lettings must be booked and paid for in advance of the holiday start date.
  • A security deposit of £50 (or £100 if booked for summer holidays) is required at the time of booking and will be held as security in the event of damage to the caravan or breach of terms and conditions. The deposit will be refunded, in full, up to 7 days after the holiday has ended, following inspection of the caravan. The deposit is not to be used as part-payment for the cost of the caravan hire.
  • The total cost of the holiday must be paid up to 6 weeks prior to the start date. This can be done via cheque or bank transfer. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the booking and terms regarding cancellation (see below) will apply.
  • Holidays booked less than 6 weeks prior to start date must be paid in full + security deposit. This may be done via bank transfer, cheque or Paypal
  • Prices are based on up to 4, 6 or 8 guests per caravan. (According to caravan booked).
  • We do accept parties of all male or all female singles, according to circumstances.
  • Bookings must be made by persons 21 years or older, unless it is a family booking.
  • Occupation of the caravan is limited to those named on the booking form.
  • Well-behaved pets are accepted in most of our caravans (See The caravans for details). An additional cost of £20 will be charged, unless registered assistance dogs for blind or disabled. Please note that puppies (under the age of 14 months) will not be accepted.
  • Linen is not included unless the linen service has been ordered in advance. Price of linen service (beds made up for your arrival) is £10 per double bed and £5 per single bed. 

Funworks entertainment passes are not included, but may be purchased from reception.

Cancellations.

  • Notification of cancellation must be sent via email to enquiries@eastuk-holidays.com
  • The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  • Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday (payment due date); full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.
  • Cancellation from 6 to 3 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.
  • Refunds are non-negotiable. (We recommend that guests obtain holiday insurance to cover for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances).

General rules and regulations.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the caravans and will result in loss of deposit.
  • Please be considerate of other holiday guests and be aware of park rules.
  • Keep noise to an acceptable level.
  • Do not cause willful damage to the property or park facilities.
  • Do not use duvets and pillows without covering as laundry cost to clean duvets and pillows will be charged to the guest. Please remember to bring your own linen if you haven't ordered linen service in advance.
  • Do not play ball games in areas around the caravans.
  • Do not engage in anti-social behavior.
  • In the event of damage, please report to reception or phone your owner contact number, depending on whether damage is to personal property of caravan owner or Haven. Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of damage to the caravan and you may be charged if costs to repair or replace excedes the deposit amount.
  • Dogs must be kept under owners’ control, on a lead and with a responsible adult at all times. Please make sure that your dog has a collar and ID tag. Any breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act, 1991, will not be allowed onto the park. Please note that puppies (under the age of 14 months) will not be accepted. 
  • Please do not leave gas or electric heaters unattended when vacating the property. This also applies to the gas fire overnight whilst sleeping.
  • Please leave the accommodation as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition.
  • The area surrounding the hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Please remove footwear upon entering the caravan.
  • Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians and we advise that their presence should be known at all times. 
  • Children should not be left unattended in the accommodation.
  • Failure to adhere to rules and regulations may result in cancellation or termination of the holiday, with no refund.

Arrival and departure.

  • You may enter your accommodation any time from 1.30pm (Bermuda & Richmond), 2.30pm (Salsa, Richmond + ramp/deck, Polaris, Swift & Riviera) or 3.00pm (Arizona & Sunrise) on the start date of your holiday. We will send your Keysafe code to your mobile phone via text message, on the day of arrival, giving you access to keys in order to enter the caravan. The keys must be returned to the Keysafe on departure. Failure to return keys will result in withholding of deposit. The Keysafe code is changed after each visit in order to safeguard visitors' personal possessions and general security of the accommodation.
  • In the event of late arrival (e.g., the following day), please inform the owner. Unless notified by 10am the following day, the holiday will be treated as cancelled.
  • The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10am on the morning of departure. PLEASE NOTE; Late departures will incur an additional charge due to extension of cleaning schedule time and delays to following guests: This will be charged at £10 per half  hour delay.
